Does anyone know how much protein you should have per day???? I have been eating a vegan diet for a couple of weeks straight now and I'm feeling really great but I know I'm not eating very much protein. Does anyone have simple high protein vegan recipes (wow that was specific). I don't know how credible this particular source is but I have been finding a lot of article along the same lines as this one
